• Fees are due at the time of the appointment however other payment accommodations can be made
• This office does not participate in any insurance panels and therefore claims will not be filed; however necessary paperwork will be given to the client to file independently if so desired
• Cash, personal check, and debit/credit cards are accepted
• You may pay by debit/credit card or Paypal on the client login page
